Since 1987, the Signet Group (“Signet”) has assisted institutions and high net worth individuals in the successful selection of independent investment managers. Signet also directly manages 9 multi-manager offshore funds utilizing various strategies.

3. Signet Management was established in Dublin, Ireland, in 1996 and provides accounting and administrative services to Signet and other clients and investment fund managers.

Manager Selection

Signet manages institutional and private funds on a discretionary and advisory basis. In addition, Signet has advisory relationships under which private clients and institutions purchase hedge funds represented and suggested by Signet. Total Funds managed and advised by Signet and its principals represent in excess of $200mm.

Recommendations made by the Signet Group are based on due diligence investigations, including the review of historic performance records, analysis of risk control, review of portfolios to determine sources of profit and loss, and regular office visits.
